For enhancing the socio-economic status and well-being of local women, we have provided opportunities of transferable jobs (within any women in their family), more flexible timings, regular health check-ups and regular on-job training. Our human resource team is dedicated to generate and assign suitable vacancies to promote engagement of local women in the garment production.
Skill is the direct key to earning for a human being. Therefore, to increase skill of existing employees or provide on-job trainings to youth, we engage ourselves in donations of left over garment and sewing accessories to the training institutions.
We have aligned our systems to provide financial assistance to the members of a group which makes a collection of funds from the members at regular intervals to utilize it based on their needs. This committee is also responsible for assessing internal complaints and ensuring Zero Tolerance towards harassment inside the company for any employee.

To reduce any burden of landfills and optimizing water consumption, KG Exports execute its operations with minimum water wastage. Also we recycle all types of wastes such as hardware, electronics, wires and fabric while realizing alternate processes.
